- The Jubilee Pond Working Group (JPWG) is an advisory group to the Parish Council.
- JPWG meetings are not public meetings.
- Any person eligible, by location, to be elected as a Parish Councillor within Gilberdyke parish is eligible to be a member of the JPWG.
- All eligible attendees are members of the JPWG for that meeting.
- JPWG members are required to abide by the Parish Council’s Code of Conduct.
- The JPWG can make recommendations regarding any aspect of the Jubilee Pond site.
- Recommendations to the Parish Council can only be made by meetings with at least five members in attendance.
