Pete has lived in Gilberdyke since 1982. Although now retired from his work as a joiner he is as busy and active as ever with his family and interests which includes vintage motorcycles and fishing.
Because of his interest in the village, Pete observed many Parish Council meetings before becoming a member two years ago. He has a particular interest in the Jubilee Pond and has done a lot of work to ensure the water is of good quality and the area around is tidy.
