- The Jubilee Pond Working Group (JPWG) is an advisory group to the Parish Council and JPWG meetings are not public meetings.
- Any person eligible, by location, to be elected as a Parish Councillor within Gilberdyke parish is eligible to be a member of the JPWG and all eligible attendees are members of the JPWG for that meeting.
- JPWG members are required to abide by the Parish Council’s Code of Conduct.
- The JPWG can make recommendations regarding any aspect of the Jubilee Pond site.
- The Chair of the JPWG, or the JPWG as a collective body, can invite guests to JPWG meetings to provide expert advice.
- Recommendations to the Parish Council can only be made by meetings with at least five members in attendance.
